🏃‍♂️ What to Expect

Our weekly sessions are held on an outdoor field in Redcliffe with a maximum of 6 participants per group, ensuring individual attention and high-quality coaching.

Each 50-minute session follows a world-class, physiotherapy-led structure:

  1. Movement Preparation – Full-body mobility and dynamic activation (e.g., lunge walks, arabesques, overhead reach).

  2. Technical Running Drills – Improve running form, rhythm, and force production (e.g., Wall A Switches, pogos, A-skips).

  3. Deceleration Training – Control your landings and stops, reducing joint overload and injury risk.

  4. Acceleration Mechanics – Rebuild your explosive start through progressive drills and sled/resistance work.

  5. High-Speed Running – Controlled exposure to sprinting with increasing velocity and volume.

  6. Change of Direction & Agility – Prepare for sport with COD patterns, reaction drills, and partner-based agility work.

All drills are carefully progressed across weeks, helping you move from foundational control to high-intensity readiness.
