Riley Capra
Riley graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from James Cook University in 2018. He is deeply committed to injury prevention and takes pride in delving into his clients’ concerns to identify and address underlying factors contributing to their pain or injury. Riley boasts a diverse sporting background, having participated in soccer, tennis, rugby league, touch football, beach volleyball, and now embracing golf avidly.



Alex Liron
Alex graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, bringing a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to his role as a physiotherapist. Prior to his academic pursuits, Alex enjoyed an impressive career as a semi-professional tennis player, competing at a national level. This background not only honed his discipline and resilience but also fuelled his passion for working with people. Alex has spent considerable time coaching and mentoring junior tennis players, helping them develop their skills and achieve their potential—an experience that shaped his empathetic and motivational approach to patient care.

Anthony Blyde
Meet Anthony, an avid sporting physiotherapist blending a deep passion for active populations with a diverse expertise in musculoskeletal care. With a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Griffith University and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Anthony’s journey spans community rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and complex pain management. His lifelong engagement in sports fuels his insight into injury prevention, specializing in upper, lumbar, and lower limb conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and a keen focus on shoulder, knee, and ankle care. Beyond his professional realm, Anthony cherishes outdoor adventures, gardening, live music, and unwavering football enthusiasm, embodying a holistic approach that echoes in his patient-centered care ethos.



Chris Beatton
Chris received his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2007. Since this time Chris has worked in orthopaedic and sports physiotherapy with his clinical experience reaching from recreational athletes through to elite and professional athletes. Chris has worked as a physiotherapist with several professional sporting organizations, lectured internationally, and contributed to published works.

Shena Dale
Shena graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2006. She
also has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Molecular Biology. In addition to being a
registered physiotherapist for over 14 years, Shena is a Level 2 Advanced Athletics Australia
Recreational Running Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Clinical Pilates
Instructor.



Damian Cocciolone
Damian is an experienced clinician with over a decade working in private practice and sports physiotherapy. He is a co-founder and co-director of Movement Rx. Damian graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2007. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Griffith University which he completed in 2005. During his studies, Damian was awarded multiple academic achievement awards and graduated as the Dux of the Physiotherapy program.
Damian has extensive sports physiotherapy experience having worked directly with various teams throughout his career.
